Family Life

At Sovereign Grace Church, we believe that marriage and family are sacred gifts to be honored, nurtured and developed into thriving relationships that glorify God and serve others. To that end we offer caregroups, seminars, biblical counseling, and a wide variety of other teaching materials. It is our joy and privilege to serve, support, and equip newlyweds, single parents, married couples, and growing families.

Caregroups

In order to help our members walk out these biblical values, the Family Life Ministry provides bi-weekly caregoups. Caregroups are small groups that meet two to three times a month in church members’ homes throughout the area.  They are an integral component of church life at Sovereign Grace Church because they provide our members with a place where Scripture can be applied in their lives.  In addition, caregroups are designed to be relationally based so that practical and spiritual care can be given and received, spiritual growth can occur, and relationships can be developed with other church members.

Teaching

Throughout the year special classes and seminars offer instruction and application of biblical teaching on topics especially applicable to couples, such as marriage and parenting.
